Nextik Pass is a SaaS platform operated by SARL WESHOP for restaurants and retail businesses. It lets a merchant run their digital loyalty programme, online orders, reservations and online presence from a single dashboard.

For the online presence and reservations features, Nextik Pass connects to the merchant's Google account. This page describes exactly what that connection allows, and what it does not.

1. Who connects a Google account

Only merchants holding a Nextik Pass account connect a Google account. End customers (consumers) never connect a Google account: no Google data is collected from them.

2. Features that rely on Google APIs

2.1 Business listing synchronisation

The merchant enters their store information once in Nextik Pass (address, opening hours, phone, photos, description). Nextik Pass then publishes it to their Google Business Profile listing, so the information stays consistent across channels.

2.2 Customer review management

The merchant's Google reviews are displayed in their Nextik Pass dashboard, alongside reviews from other channels. The merchant can reply to them directly, with optional drafting assistance. Replies are published to Google on their behalf, at their initiative.

2.3 Reserve with Google

For venues that take bookings, Nextik Pass sends the venue's availability to Google and receives back the booking requests made from Google Search and Google Maps. Those bookings land in the same reservation book as the ones taken from the merchant's own site.

2.4 Sign in with Google

The merchant can create and access their Nextik Pass account using their Google account instead of a dedicated password.

3. Scopes requested

`.../auth/business.manage`	Read and update the merchant's business listings, publish posts, read their customer reviews and publish their replies (features 2.1 and 2.2).
`.../auth/mapsbooking`	Receive booking requests forwarded by Google, confirm, modify or cancel them, and send availability back to Google (feature 2.3).

Each scope is requested only when the merchant enables the matching feature. A merchant who does not use reservations is never asked for mapsbooking.

4. What Nextik Pass does not do

We do not use any Google data for advertising or ad profiling.
We do not sell or rent this data to third parties.
We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models.
We do not access any other Google service: no Gmail, no Drive, no Calendar, no Contacts.
No member of our team reads this data, except with the merchant's express consent (technical support), to comply with applicable law, or for security purposes.

5. Limited Use

Nextik Pass's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Revoking access

The merchant can withdraw our access at any time, without cancelling their Nextik Pass subscription:

from their dashboard, under Settings › Google integrations;
or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Revoking access immediately stops synchronisation, deletes the stored tokens and triggers deletion of the associated Google data within 30 days.
